Requirements for attendance at Planet Doggy Daycare. Your dog will need to come by ahead of your scheduled visit to have a behavior assessment. This is necessary to insure that your dog gets along with the other dogs and vice versa.

Vaccinations. Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus (DHLPP - 5 in 1), Rabies, and Bordetella. Spayed or Neutered pets only please, with some form of flea control (no flea collars).

Oh! And did you know Planet Doggy accepts puppies? The only requirements are that each puppy be current on at least three of the standard four series of puppy shots, be potty trained, and neutered / spayed if over five months old.

Daycare Reservation Requirements: Please give us 24 hours notice so we can guarantee your pet(s) a spot. Space cannot be guaranteed if you call at the last minute or just show up. Likewise, cancelling 24 hours in advance will allow another dog a space. If you've made a reservation and need to cancel, please do so before 7PM on the evening before your scheduled visit. Calling after 7PM or forgetting to cancel your reservation by this time will result in your obligation to pay the full day's fee of $28.

Boarding Reservation Requirements: We strictly limit the number of dogs we accept to ensure the highest level of individualized attention for each guest. Therefore, we recommend scheduling boarding at least one week in advance. For major holidays, we advise booking at least one month in advance as spaces fill up fast. Holiday reservations require a $100 non-refundable deposit per dog at time of booking. To cancel a reservation without penalty, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled drop-off. Failure to cancel at least 72 hours in advance will result in you being charged for one night of boarding per dog.

$17 for a half day (up to 6 hours)
$28 for a full day (up to 12 hours)
$25 (2 dogs) for a full day each
$23 (3 or more dogs) for a full day each
$5 medication fee (give regular meds, etc.)
10% off for dogs attending all week (full days)

Boarding Rates:
$40 per night cage-free sleepover (small dog under 35 lbs.)
$45 per night cage-free sleepover (large dog 35lbs.+)
$45 per night private suite (small dog under 35 lbs.)
$50 per night private suite (large dog 35lbs.+)
10% off for 2 dogs
15% off for 3 or more dogs
Long term stays: every 7th consecutive night is free!
Picking up your pet by 9 am on your scheduled pick-up day will avoid additional daycare charges to your account.

Late Fees: $15 each fifteen minutes you are late picking up your pet (after 7pm Mon-Fri, up to 30 minutes). Failure to pick up your pet by 7:30 will result in your dog being boarded overnight, and the cost of one night of boarding will be added to your account. On half days of daycare, if your pet stays with us over six hours you are required to pay the full day fee ($28). We charge a $15 service charge for returned checks. All accounts are to be paid in full by Friday or there is a $15 service charge.

Dogs Will Be Dogs: While every attempt to maintain a safe atmosphere is taken, dogs will be dogs. In the event of an injury to your pet, we will take the necessary steps to care for your loved one, however all owners must assume all financial responsibility. This also applies to instances in which your pet inflicts an injury to another dog.
